All pricing is communicated transparently before service confirmation. Advance payments, service charges, or AMC fees must be paid as agreed. Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
4. Service Warranty
Warranty terms, if applicable, depend on the product manufacturer or the service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Installation & Repairs

7. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
AMC services cover only the items and conditions clearly defined in the agreement. Consumables, replacement parts, or damages outside normal wear and tear may be billed separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
MVA Water Solution & Fabrication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Scheduling & Delays
While we strive for timely service, unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, or supply delays may affect schedules. We will communicate any delays promptly.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials belong to MVA Water Solution & Fabrication and may not be copied or reused without permission.
