At MVA Water Solution & Fabrication, we strive to deliver high-quality water treatment and fabrication services with transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or returns may be considered.
1. Service Payments
Payments made for inspections, installations, repairs, or service visits are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered. This includes technician visits, labor charges, and completed work.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments confirm booking and resource allocation. Refunds for advance payments may be considered only if:
- The cancellation request is made before service scheduling, and
- No materials or parts have been purchased or allocated
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or material costs.
3. Product & Spare Parts Returns
Products or spare parts supplied are eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The item is defective upon delivery, or
- Incorrect items were supplied
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or installation. Items must be unused and in original condition. Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.
4. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
AMC fees are non-refundable once the agreement has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations at management discretion.
5. Cancellations
Service cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a service charge.
6. Warranty Claims
Refunds are not issued in place of warranty service. Valid warranty concerns will be addressed through repair or replacement as per agreement terms.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repair
- Pre-existing system issues outside our scope of work
9. Policy Updates
